Message dated April 16 was read stating the House passed and                                                                    
returned for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 95 "An Act naming the                                                                
ferry terminal located at Auke Bay in Juneau the Frank Palmer Ferry                                                             
Terminal" with the following amendment:                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
                  SENATE BILL NO. 95 am H "An Act naming the                                                                   
               ferry terminal located at Auke Bay in Juneau the                                                                
          Frank Palmer Auke Bay Ferry Terminal."

Senator Meyer moved that the Senate concur in the House                                                                         
amendment.
